Customer Priority

  • Our customers and their schedules are our top priority. We strive to provide reliable transportation services to all our clients.

Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Due to unforeseen road, vehicle, and weather conditions, there may be instances where our drivers are unable to pick up or drop off customers in a timely manner. In such cases, customers will be responsible for arranging alternative transportation at their own expense.

Non-Charge Policy

  • If, for any reason, our drivers are unable to provide end-to-end transportation service, customers will not be charged for the service.

Driver Assistance

  • Our drivers are available to provide assistance in loading and unloading luggage onto the vehicles. However, they are not responsible for handling luggage beyond this point.

  • We kindly request customers to follow basic cleaning practices while using our vehicles. If the vehicle is left in an "unacceptable" condition for our next passengers, an additional cleaning fee of $10 will be charged.

Luggage Damage

  • Our drivers will not be held responsible for any damages to customer's luggage that may occur during the loading or unloading process.

Seat Belts and Child Safety

  • As per NHTSA laws, all customers are required to be seated and wear seat belts at all times, unless the vehicle comes to a full stop.

  • Children between the ages of Birth-4 Years must be properly restrained in an approved child safety seat in the rear of the vehicle.

  • Children between the ages of 4-8 years must be restrained in an appropriate booster seat.

  • Customers requiring a child safety seat for their ride will be charged an additional flat rate of $8.00 per child seat.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

  • Customers are required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while using our transportation services.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By using our transportation services, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
